MEDICATIONS FOR SCHOOL: All medications needed for the School year must have the appropriate medication form filled out and signed by a Doctor if it is a prescription medication, or just the parent signature if the medication is an over the counter drug. NO MEDICATIONS CAN BE BROUGHT INTO SCHOOL WITHOUT A FORM. Please call the school to make arrangements for medications to be brought into school per our county regulations.
ASTHMA/ALLERGY INFORMATION: If your Child has asthma or an allergy that requires an EPI Pen, you must have a new form filled out every year. Please see the Asthma or Allergic Reactions links below for the regulation and form required or stop by the school for a form. These forms do require a doctors signature before bringing the medications to school.
NUTRITION INFORMATION: We are seeing quite a few students who present to the clinic complaining of feeling "light headed and dizzy". When asked what they ate for breakfast most respond "Nothing" or "I didn't have time". Please remind your student that they should be eating breakfast. We have an excellent breakfast program here at Graham Park. All students are given time to eat breakfast in homeroom every morning. Students can purchase their breakfast here at school or bring breakfast from home to eat in class.
