In 2005, in conjunction with the Virginia Department of Education, Graham Park Middle School developed and implemented a site-based Effective School-wide Discipline program (Click here for a link to a PowerPoint about our ESD/ROAR Program). This program sets and consistently articulates high expectations with an emphasis on the positive. Numerous incentives are provided for all of our students who ROAR on a day-to-day basis.
